1. 24hrs receiption where they accept me for the late check in. 2. Good receiptionists. 3. Eventho no luggage trolley for the guest but they provide an assistance to pick my items from the room to the entrance area. 4. In-house spa and massage (chargeable). Simply booked thru the receiptionist and they will be just simply go to your room for the massage. Welldone!

I liked the atmosphere, the lamp was functioned properly, so was the aircon and the tv cable.

The interior was nice, AC work properly, nice staff, restaurant on rooftop was the best. ITS in the middle of the city, 17 minutes walk away from LRT Rasuna.

Dirty and shabby hotel. There was no hot water in shower. Towels was ugly. Bed sheets was old and dirty. Never come again.
